Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced product manager to lead interface development for general-purpose collaborative robots. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will be responsible for the roadmap that shapes how the robot perceives and navigates its environment.

You will join a team focused on creating cutting-edge general-purpose robots designed to operate in human spaces and interact with human tools. These robots are intended to collaborate with people, move through human environments, and manipulate the world around them.

Responsibilities:
  • Define product features and enhancements, and communicate requirements to engineering teams through well-crafted documents, diagrams, and clear verbal communication
  • Transform insights from user research, customer feedback, usage data, and sales into a strategy that meets business goals and customer needs
  • Own and manage the product roadmap, from ideation to launch, for sensing and navigation capabilities
  • Collaborate with other product managers across the organization to define the perception roadmap for both short- and long-term product development and identify new opportunities
  • Support product marketing, partner relations, and other initiatives to drive the adoption of your products

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to make decisions in uncertain situations, prioritizing speed over perfection
  • A focus on user feedback, advocating for it within the team
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Deep knowledge of sensing and perception technologies
  • Experience working with cameras, LIDAR, mapping, and localization
  • Experience with agile methodologies in B2B product environments

Nice to Have:
  • Previous product management experience in robotics (industrial or consumer)
  • Experience with development strategies involving sensor selection, firmware, and application software development

Perks:
  • Competitive base salary with benefits
  • Highly motivating equity incentive package
  • Hybrid work schedule (flexible work-from-home options)
  • Flexible work hours policy
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 401k plan
