Scope:
This role involves oversight of all our inspectors and technicians, including hiring, job performance, quality assurance programs, fleet management, and supplies. The Services Manager will collaborate closely with the Office Manager to ensure inspections are successfully completed, as well as the Marketing Manager to resolve client complaints.

Provide coaching and accountability to ensure team members achieve goals and KPIs
Manage supply chain for inspectors
Manage fleet of vehicles
Manage quality control programs for procedures and inspection reports
Handle concerns from clients and agents
Handle questions from inspectors and operations staff
Ensure division operates within annual budget
Work with Office Manager to handle capacity challenges and manage production

Compensation:
Salary range: $90k-120k
