Asset Management
Manage the maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs.
Continuous Improvement

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement impactful solutions.
Budget & Resource Management

What You'll Need
Experience & Education:
A bachelor's degree in engineering or facilities management or a related field is preferred.
5+ years of recent maintenance management experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of maintenance best practices, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for food safety and manufacturing standards.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead teams and drive cultural and organizational change.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
