Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead your team to deliver optimal performance while fostering safety, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Implement strategic maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and operational excellence.

Safety & Compliance
  • Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring all activities meet federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.

Asset Management
  • Manage the maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency.
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs.

Continuous Improvement
  • Utilize process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and year-over-year plant performance gains.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement impactful solutions.

Budget & Resource Management
  • Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient resource use while controlling costs.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure spare parts and supplies are readily available.

Culture & Workforce Engagement
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture, encouraging communication and collaboration across the team.
  • Support training and development opportunities to build a skilled and motivated workforce.

What You'll Need
  • Experience & Education:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or facilities management or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of recent maintenance management experience in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Expertise:
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance best practices, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for food safety and manufacturing standards.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive cultural and organizational change.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
