Job Summary:

The Interior Renovation Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of interior renovation projects within multifamily properties. This position ensures that all renovation activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and renovations in the multifamily sector, with a focus on interior renovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple interior renovation projects across multifamily properties from inception to completion.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare, manage, and maintain project budgets. Track expenses and ensure that projects stay within financial parameters.
  • Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure timely completion of each phase of the renovation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, designers, and site supervisors. Provide clear direction and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
  • Vendor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality work at competitive rates.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of quality control to ensure that renovations meet the company's high standards, including materials, finishes, and craftsmanship.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status and handling concerns as they arise.
  • Problem Solving: Address unforeseen challenges and obstacles quickly and effectively to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the multifamily housing sector.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a focus on time management, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, RealPage a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
