Insight Global is seeking to hire an Associate Office Manager to support a real estate investment trust located in Columbia, MD. This role will sit 5 days a week in their Headquarters, supporting the Chief Operating Officer's org. We are looking for a candidate to supervise and coordinate services in front desk and general office administration, as well as assist the Office Manager with the daily office management. Office management responsibilities include supervising the Office Assistant and their duties (record retention, mail services, vending services, etc.), serve as secondary relief coverage for front desk, oversee new hire set up process. Additional responsibilities entail supporting and partnering with the EVP & COO on the office administration budget, processing invoices for payments, managing all contracts, supplies, repairs and maintenance vendors, lead shredding & recycling program, and partner with HR on employee development and planning initiatives.
