Your Mission as a Dynamic Law Office Administrator:
Lead daily office operations and support staff.
Streamline workflow and business services.
Oversee attendance and schedules and approve timecards.
Provide constructive feedback and conduct annual performance reviews.
Spearhead recruitment and onboarding for support staff.
Liaise with the Managing Partner on assignments and office activities.
Review office invoices and coordinate with accounts payable.
Organize in-office meetings and events.
Manage mail/file room operations and records storage.
Coordinate office maintenance, security, and emergency procedures.
Act as the go-to person for lease options, relocations, and renovations.
What You Bring to the Table as a Law Office Administrator:
5+ years of recent law firm experience required.
Experience in law firm management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to forge partnerships at all organizational levels.
