The Senior Aerial Services Flight Coordinator is an integral part of the Aerial Services team. This individual serves as the primary point of contact with the C-suite to arrange and manage logistics regarding flight requests.
This position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
Perform Dispatcher/Office Manager responsibilities and duties, including dispatch of aircraft as defined in the General Operations Manual (GOM).
Manage additional administrative duties as assigned by Director, Aerial Services or Customer Support Supervisor.
Communicate with airport ground services, air traffic control, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer service inquiries related to flights and provide timely updates on flight statuses.
Oversee and assist with coordination of facility activities and meeting needs.
Participate and support the Safety Management System (SMS) and ISBAO Standards.
Reconcile aircraft and facility expenses.
Interact with executive level customers.
Pro-active flight following.
Complete FRAT for all trips.
Complete and audit post flight records.

At least 5 years of experience in FAR Part 91, or subpart K, aircraft scheduling experience.
Familiarity with part 135 (desired)
Knowledge of business scheduling software systems.
Familiarity with all aspects of Business Aviation.
College Bachelor's Degree, or higher, desired with Aviation Management, Finance, Accounting, or other appropriate experience within aviation operations. (preferred)
