Who You Are:
We are searching for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team player to play a vital role in supporting our Client Success team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, account management, or client services within the software industry, and a deep understanding of the multifamily market. This individual will be responsible for for providing administrative and operational support, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients with RiskRelease.
What You'll Do:
Develop a deep understanding of RiskRelease's solutions and how they meet the needs of multifamily owners, operators, and property management companies.
Assist the Client Success team with onboarding new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
Proactively identify clients' needs, goals, and potential roadblocks, and develop tailored success plans to help them maximize the value of our software solutions.
Manage client data within systems, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
Generate and process client invoices according to specific billing requirements.
Provide administrative support to the compliance team, including assisting with license management, agreement drafting, and document tracking.
Act as a customer advocate by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to share client feedback and insights, contributing to product enhancements and the overall customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, success metrics, and account health in the CRM system.
Continuously develop industry knowledge and customer success best practices to maintain a competitive edge and provide exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or client services within the software or technology industry. Past property management experience is also desirable for this candidate.
Strong knowledge of the multifamily real estate market and the unique needs of owners, operators, and property management companies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
Experience with CRM systems, (RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, Appfolio, ResMan etc.) customer success platforms, and productivity tools.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
