Architectural Project Manager - Data Centers

The Chicago practice is based in the Near North Side in a fantastic modern office with city views and lots of natural light flooding in to the space. The ideal candidate does not necessarily have to be a Project Manager at present, as an experienced Project Architect ready to progress in their career is also suitable, nor do they need to have had prior experience working on Data Center projects, however extensive experience working on other mission critical, industrial, healthcare, science & technology, aviation, stadia or transport projects is otherwise required. You must be organized, able to manage your own time and be able and confident enough to manage others.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • NAAB accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of industry experience post qualification
  • Professional registration
  • Proven experience managing team members, contractors and consultants
  • Strong presentation ability
  • Ability to manage a multitude of priorities simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An organized and structure way of working
  • Preferably, Revit experience

Depending on experience, this role will offer between $120,000 and $150,000 as a base salary.
