Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee light industrial and big box construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure optimal performance.

Mitigate risks by identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions.
Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
