Job Description:
Manage the implementation of Lean initiatives to include hour-by-hour visual boards all the way to facilitating Kaizen events.
Key Responsibilities likely to be:
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement lean methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and mentor staff on lean principles and practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to foster a culture of lean thinking.
