Our client, a regional bank, is hiring three new commercial underwriter positions covering the Texas market. The Underwriter (2-5 years experience) can be worked hybrid out of either Fort Worth or south Austin, TX, but preferably Fort Worth.
The portfolio, mostly middle-market relationships, spans several Texas regions and consists about 70-75% CRE, with the remainder being mainly C&I. As the portfolio continues to grow, most of the new business is C&I. Candidates must have strong experience underwriting either CRE or C&I, with a preference towards both.
The right candidate:
Must have 2+ years of commercial underwriting experience (CRE and/or C&I)
Must be able to work 3 days per week out of either Fort Worth or south Austin.
