Experience & desired attributes
Experience working in a reliability or hardware testing lab ? Familiarity with test and inspection equipment:
? Temperature & humidity chambers
? Mechanical test stations
? Weathering chambers with a DI water filtration system
? Optical microscope ? Familiarity with lab tools:
? Basic hand tools
? Basic power tools (band saw, mitre saw, sander)
? Wire strippers and crimpers
? Multimeters and oscilloscopes
? Soldering iron
Hands-on experience troubleshooting equipment issues and modifying or replacing parts
Detail-oriented
Experience clearly communicating results and observations with stakeholders ? Passion or interest in aviation
