Job Responsibilities:
Participate in continuous product design improvement projects
Assist in engineering and manufacturing process enhancements
Create and maintain BOMs, wiring schematics, and piping schematics
Design, manufacture, and test custom chiller systems
Source and qualify components for new designs
Document assembly specifications and transition processes from engineering to production
Provide engineering support for assembly, testing, and troubleshooting on the manufacturing floor
Develop and document quality improvement processes
Perform failure analysis and implement corrective actions
Analyze and report on product and component quality defects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Electrical Engineering with strong mechanical background)
Proficiency in 3D modeling and drafting software (SolidWorks preferred)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
Excellent communication and active listening skills
