We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with preferably with either Finance or Procurement experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, negotiating software contracts, and ensuring alignment with financial and procurement strategies. This role will involve coordinating cross-functional teams and driving the successful execution of software-related projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage software-related programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Track and report on the negotiation, execution, and management of software contracts, including licenses, maintenance agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to develop and implement strategies for cost-effective software procurement and management. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software-related projects and programs. • Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on program status to senior management. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with software contracts and procurement activities. • Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, Finance, and Procurement teams to track and resolve issues • Develop and implement policies and procedures for software procurement and contract management. • Prepare and present reports and dashboards that provide insights into software spend, utilization, and program performance. • Mentor and support team members in program management, software contract negotiation, and procurement best practices.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a (preferred/plus) strong focus on software contracts and either finance or procurement. • Strong understanding of software licensing models, procurement processes, and financial principles. • Excellent project and program management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual language and financial data. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to effectively present findings and influence decision-making. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. • Proficient in the use of project management software, contract management tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
