JCW is working on an exciting search for a Facilities Manager with a leading US pharma company. This role is crucial in supporting the team on equipment reliability, process optimization, and compliance with quality standards for the company. This is an on-site position in Houston, TX five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Leads and motivates a team of technicians to provide 24/7 support for manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and minimizing downtime.
Oversees preventative maintenance, resource allocation, and project execution to optimize production efficiency within budget and regulatory requirements.
You should apply if you have:
8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
3+ years of experience in a leadership position
Experience managing facilities in ISO 5/ISO 7 setting
Hands-on experience of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and water systems in a sterile environment
