About the Role:
As an Onsite Repipe Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our repiping projects, overseeing every aspect from start to finish. You'll be a key point of contact for residents and property staff, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution. What You'll Do:
Project Management:
Lead and manage repipe construction projects, ensuring on-time and within budget completion.
Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and proactively address any challenges.
Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
Mitigate risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Prepare detailed reports on project status and performance.
Customer & Team Focus:
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and onsite teams.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Proactively coach and mentor project teams, ensuring safety, quality control, and productivity.
Administrative Tasks:
Review and submit weekly invoices for completed units.
Coordinate with city inspectors for rough and final inspections.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
What You'll Bring:
Hands-on Experience: Prior experience in a role requiring hands-on maintenance or repair skills (e.g., plumber, handyman, apartment maintenance manager). Familiarity with drywall repair, basic carpentry, and leak repair is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable working with technology, including iPads, iPhones, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
