Job Description:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ICE Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
• 10+ years of proven experience in mortgage servicing operations with hands-on expertise in ICE MSP in the US Market.
• Hands-on experience with mortgage servicing processes, regulatory compliance, and system integrations
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., RESPA, CFPB, GSE guidelines).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with data integration and reporting tools
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience with industry platforms such as ICE Encompass or Black Knight
