Responsibilities.
Create estimates for Steelwork projects by working with different teams to ensure smooth coordination in fabrication, purchasing, and installation.
Estimate costs based on structural drawings and manage bids with a good understanding of steel fabrication standards.
Help field teams with estimates for Change Orders, RFPs, and clarify RFIs.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, including quantity take-offs, line-item summaries, and subcontractor breakdowns.
Required • 3 years' experience estimating • 2 years' experience working within the structural or Misc steelwork industry
