Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute bridge and highway construction projects to meet timeline and budget goals.
Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Provide technical advice and solutions to address construction challenges and optimize project efficiency.
Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring coordination among teams and subcontractors.
Position Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing bridge, highway, marine, and transit construction projects.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of heavy construction methods, including safety practices and compliance.
Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
