The Retail Operations Support Manager is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Retail General Manager who directs the activities of our retail bakery stores. This individual will help provide required support focused in these areas: Sales and Marketing, Operations and Quality, Process Documentation and Training, Financial Analysis, Administrative, and Technology. The Retail Operations Support Manager is accountable for helping us maintain the O&H Danish Bakery standards of high-quality product and service levels in compliance with state, federal and local regulations. The Retail Operations Support Manager utilizes strong organizational, project based, analytical, collaborative approaches with all existing focus areas on the continuous improvement journey as we look to develop the processes, standards and scorecards that support O & H's mission, vision and value statements.

Education and Experience Needed:
College Degree or related work experience or 5-10 years experience in the food/beverage, culinary, or retail industry
Significant experience in retail management/operations/merchandising and analytics thereof
3+ years of experience in a management position
SERV safe Certification a plus
Multi-unit/Franchise experience a plus
