Job Description:

Are you a driven, enthusiastic professional eager to make a significant impact in product management? We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking Product Manager to join our growing team at Janus et Cie.

As a natural thought leader, you'll bring fresh perspectives, draw insightful conclusions, and understand the underlying motivations behind key discussions and objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the product roadmap, lead cross-functional collaboration, and make data-informed decisions to drive results. This position is on-site in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Salary Range: $70k-$120k Depending on Experience

The Role:

Product Launch Management:
  • Drive and manage the end-to-end product launch process, ensuring milestones are achieved within deadlines.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends to drive the development of product strategy, identifying opportunities and challenges that align with business goals.
  • Review product roadmap and competitive landscape to ensure products are positioned effectively in the market.
  • Collaborate with product development, supply chain, QA, sales, and client service teams to align goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively address roadblocks to keep projects on schedule.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with peers and cross-functional teams to achieve product success.
  • Build effective relationships with internal teams and international counterparts to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Manage communication with international teams to align on product launches, updates, and initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth information flow across global teams and resolve any cross-border challenges.

Product Ownership and Growth:
  • Take ownership of assigned products; monitoring pricing, analyzing sales trends, making data-driven recommendations for growth and communicating end-of-life strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Client Services Improvement:
  • Collaborate with the client services team to improve resolution response effectiveness and timely response rates.
  • Track resolution claims and identify trends to support product development and enhance future product quality.

Custom Order Management:
  • Oversee and manage intricate custom orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address unique customer requirements and provide tailored solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role (product management, project management, strategy analyst, operations or similar roles).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a critical thinking mindset, with the ability to assess data and propose actionable solutions.
  • Proactive and shows initiative, with a growth mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Points:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience managing product launches
  • Experience with analyzing large data sets
