Job Description • Provide support to Strategic Workforce Planning Sr. Director to Develop, evaluate and implement, new processes, workflows and systems to support the strategic work, but also the day-to-day business working with different areas across the company • Provide support for process improvement projects and analytical support to assess and implement strategies to enhance the organizations' ability to provide multi-year workforce forecasts • Provide monthly and quarterly trend analyses against established workforce and financial plans. • Provide variance analysis for all compensation components • Works with HR, Finance and line of business partners during the Workforce Planning cycle to capture and manage information • Provide support testing workforce models to forecast future needs and associated costs that are incorporated in our outlooks • Provide help developing monthly, and ad-hoc reports and presentations to summarize data to different areas in the company • Communicate with people at all levels, to gain the voice of the customer, to explain approaches and results. • Gather and analyze data, from multiple sources and disparate systems. • Serves as a departmental subject matter expert for workforce planning • Strong financial analytical skills • Workforce planning experience preferred • Adaptive experience preferred
