About the Role - As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user experiences that span AI-powered web applications and conversational AI applications. You will lead design efforts from research and ideation to implementation and iteration, ensuring the company's products deliver value and delight users. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
User-Centered Design: Lead the end-to-end design process for web applications that stand alone and work in consort with the company's conversational AI product. Rapidly create interactive prototypes/demos for product ideation & user testing. Support existing design work for the conversational AI product.
Research & Testing: Conduct customer & user research (desk research, interviews, and usability testing) and use that to improve current products & build awesome new ones. Leverage data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
Leadership & Teamwork: Be the champion of the user & SME on all things related to user experience. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape the product roadmap. Collaborate with teammates to create product demos & value proposition documents to help win new customers.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on rapid ideation.
