You will lead planning and executing marketing campaigns designed to achieve business goals through statistical testing and performance optimization. In this role, you will:
Lead a team in planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including mail, email, media, and digital advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, product, and analytic infrastructure teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive business results.
Design, implement, and analyze statistical tests to continuously optimize campaign performance and drive efficiency.
Develop and manage marketing budget for marketing campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve business goals.
Build analytical capabilities and manage campaign planning, testing, modeling, and forecasting.
Manage and motivate a team of analytic professionals, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure that each team member can reach their full potential.
Advise more experienced leadership and executive management on issues with high, critical impact on the success of the company.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and continuously improve campaign performance.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Analytics, etc.
Experience driving marketing campaign results
1+ years of experience with marketing statistical testing and performance optimization
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
Demonstrated experience with multiple marketing channels including but not limited to mail, email, media, and digital.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
