In this role, you will:
Lead the strategy and delivery of solutions of complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of impacts and comprehensive stakeholder engagement
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, effective communication, and ongoing risk assessment
Act as point of contact for Issue Management for Customer Information (CI) owned Issues
Partner with Consumer Data and Artificial Intelligence Issue Management Lead (IML) and stakeholders as needed to ensure adherence to Issue Management timelines and expectations
Design effective controls or improve existing controls where a gap is identified
Act as a Control Owner Delegate for CI-Owned controls
Partner with CI SMEs, Business Control Management, and CDAI Issue Management Lead, to assess controls for gaps or deficiencies
Partner with BCM to ensure CI-owned Controls adhere to Internal Control Policy requirements
Understand control procedure requirements and ensure control procedures and reporting requirements are executed and evidenced in a timely manner
Track & communicate control performance and facilitate root cause analysis where a threshold breach is detected
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of experience leading and delivering solutions for large-scale, complex and unique challenges
2+ years of experience with data management policies, interpreting said policies, and understanding the larger impact of these policies
2+ years of Banking or Finance issue management experience
2+ years of data controls experience
Excellent communication skills
Previous Agile experience
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
