The iconic Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a temporary Food and Beverage Manager to join our team!

This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Inner Harbor's museums, the National Aquarium, and is connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk!

The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of hotel food and beverage management experience, experience managing a unionized team, and full availability.

Shift Pattern: Full availability needed for this role, including weekends, and holidays

Pay Rate: $40.46 / hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for directing and organizing the activities and services of all hotel food and beverage outlets (restaurants, lounges, room service, coffee shop, etc.).

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
• Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules, and evaluates staff.
