Customer Relations Manager/Teller (CRM): 

As our Customer Relations Manager/Teller, you will play a pivotal role in our community bank, forging trusted relationships and leaving a lasting positive impact on our customers.  What you’ll do as the Customer Relations Manager/Teller (CRM): 


  • Process customer transactions, reconcile an individual teller drawer and internal vault/ITMs daily

  • Troubleshoot with customers while providing excellent customer service

  • Learn and operate multiple applications for various products and services offered

  • Comply with bank operations and security procedures

  • Maintain customer and bank confidentiality
