VENDOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Position Summary/Objective
The Vendor Operations Manager will oversee the vendor onboarding, education, performance, and workload allocation for Maintenance Work Orders in multiple markets, as assigned. This position will manage and prioritize activities that drive customer satisfaction and NOI margin performance improvement. As our Vendor Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our properties are serviced in accordance with compliance standards, and that units are available for occupancy as soon as possible. The Vendor Operations Manager will also be responsible to validate vendors are performing work while maintaining proper rapport with tenants and quickly reporting any incidents that may occur.
