Job Summary
Under direct supervision, oversee standard or smaller eCommerce integration projects. Execute defined eProcurement integration onboarding procedures and produce standard project documentation and deliverables for external and internal customers or given project stakeholders.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage standard customer-facing projects from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include tracking day-to-day activities across Medline & customer technical teams.
Lead 8-10 smaller eCommerce onboarding or marketplace content enrichment projects simultaneously.
Facilitate kickoff & standing calls for assigned projects with appropriate internal & external audiences (IT & Business).
Present Medline’s standard digital capabilities to customers and to guide them through our defined onboarding process.
Help educate the Sales team regarding Medline’s standard operating & onboarding procedures for digital integrations; follow defined processes and to produce standard project outputs (scope, project plan, test plan, cutover plan, etc.)
Partner with eCommerce Support resources to provide customer-facing support when needed.
Required Experience:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience
At least 2 years of technical experience leading projects (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Solid technical aptitude & quick learner; Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office products; Proficient with MS Access, V-lookup and Pivot tables a plus.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Familiarity with common procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer.
Familiarity with EDI, XML, html, API services, & SOAPUI or Rest API tools.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
