Front Desk Specialist Bilingual and/or Trilingual language skills preferred (Portuguese and Spanish) Full Time Phoenixville Free Clinic (PFC) is a healthcare clinic serving the Greater Phoenixville Region. Our mission is to provide quality healthcare to the uninsured in an atmosphere that fosters dignity and respect for our patients. PFC serves more than 1,700 patients per year, employs a team of full-time and part-time professionals, and utilizes volunteers in healthcare and public health to ensure we are meeting the needs of the community. PFC recently transitioned to an Electronic Health Record system and is in need of a full time Front Desk Specialist. This individual is responsible for ensuring data integrity and optimal use of the EHR by overseeing volunteer staff during check-in and check-out, managing data entry, assisting patients with portal navigation, and enhancing workflow adherence.
