Responsibilities

As the Quoting Project Manager, you will be a part of the Customer Care Sales Team and report to the Customer Care Projects Business Segment Leader.

Responsibilities

• Produce aftermarket project quotations for our customers with accurate pricing, lead time, scope of work, commercial terms, and conditions.
• Research engineering information such as bill of materials and drawings to determine technical details for the project.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to determine technical rebuild solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with our field service, sourcing, purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing operations to ensure offering made in quotation meets customer service standards
• Identify optimum pricing and lead time to present in quotation to customer.
• Track quote status and performance through Salesforce.
• Be part of our continuous improvement culture

Requirements for the role

• BS Degree in related field required. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) preferred.
• Three to five years' experience in proposals, application engineering, or project management.
• Technical background in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction disciplines
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering and assembly drawings.
• Experience preparing quotes

Travel & Location

This position follows a hybrid schedule

Requires up to 10% travel, 2-4 days per month
