Location: This is a HYBRID role, with 2 days in office at our Minneapolis office and 3 days remote. You MUST be within a commutable distance of Minneapolis, MN to be considered for this role.

We are actively hiring for a Retail Enterprise Sales Coordinator to join the team. The Retail Enterprise Sales Coordinator plays an integral role in the Retail Enterprise sales department by analyzing and evaluating existing sales campaigns to enhance overall performance and strategic alignment. This role will be key to supporting sales campaigns that drive both engagement and conversion.

What you'll do:

The Sales Coordinator will work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, support and review a wide range of lead-generation programs, analyze results and make suggestions for improvements. This role will be joining a friendly team that is motivated by data-driven decisions to enhance and optimize lead conversion strategies. The Sales Coordinator will help an evolving sales organization create efficiency, identify opportunities and inform future decision-making.

Additionally, you will:

  • Analyze and report on the performance of existing sales campaigns to identify areas for improvement and maximize ROI.
  • Review and assess leads, trigger call conversions, and later stage sales opportunities to highlight opportunities for enhanced conversion and lead/opportunity management.
  • Monitor key campaign metrics and generate comprehensive performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to provide data-driven insights that inform campaign adjustments and strategic direction.
  • Ensure campaigns align with strategic goals by evaluating their effectiveness and recommending improvements based on observed data trends.
  • Support the development and optimization of lead conversion strategies through detailed data analysis.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience in sales or marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with CRM software and prospecting platform

To stand out you'll have:

  • Proficency with Power BI and SaleForce
  • Prior work within B2B sales environments or familiarity with sales funnel dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with some direction

What We Offer:

At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The pay range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The hourly pay range for this role is: $24.57- $36.88. The actual pay offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
