This position provides operational support to bank personnel and customers primarily in deposit application systems related to electronic payments, i.e., ACH transactions. Includes data entry and research as well as creative problem solving.
As an ACH Operations Specialist, you will:
Obtain your AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) accreditation or ACH Certificate. Continue your education to stay up to date on the ACH rules and regulations.
Process and provide operational support for daily electronic transactions and products including ACH.
Provide necessary reporting to bank management.
Review daily reports to identify and correct possible errors or omission issues.
Identify and suggest process improvements for daily tasks and department functions.
Other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years administrative and/or accounting experience
2 years banking electronic payment processing experience
AAP Accreditation or ACH Certificate
