Role:
This position holds responsibility for completing electrical related services for our premier customers. Previous electrical experience in managing/mentoring apprentice electricians. Must be self-motivated and willing to learn new skills. Ability to follow instructions, give instruction and demonstrate concern for safety and adherence to all company policies while promoting them to others, be self-motivated, a team player, have positive attitude, problem solving skills, proven attendance record and a mechanical aptitude.

Mentors and leads apprentice electricians in job completion
Installs troubleshoots and repairs electrical systems
Bend Pipe, pull wire, running conduit, install outlets and fixtures
Read blueprints and wiring schematics, interpret drawings and specifications and give direction to other workers
Maintain workflow schedule to ensure productivity objectives are met
Coordinate with other trades on site
Responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace
Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites
Participate in safety and training programs
Qualifications
4+ years of commercial experience is required
State Licensed (Journeyman) if required by state
Must be familiar with updated NEC/Local codes
Must have all basic hand tools for electrical work
Experience installing electrical systems in a commercial and industrial environment
Ability to troubleshoot equipment
Reliable transportation with a good work ethic
Ability to pass a drug screen
The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or more. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
