Job Description:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities


• Audit production job descriptions, assist with updates and standardization.


• Assist with HR reporting and analysis.


• Conduct HR metric research including analysis of HR department reporting.


• Conduct analysis of business reporting needs and priorities within the HR department.


• May assist with compensation and benefits projects.


• Conduct all business activities with high ethical standards.


• Assist with other miscellaneous projects assigned to the Human Resources department.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
