Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks
Complete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions

Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Familiar with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program and can facilitate documenting Service Models and Base Files to support RCSA execution
Black Belt Certification
Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) software such as iGrafx, or TIBCO
Knowledge and understanding of Statistical Analysis software such as Minitab
Demonstrated knowledge of six sigma tools
Management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm or financial institution
An independent thinker who brings initiative, creativity, energy, discipline, and commitment to the role
Ability to reduce complex issues/problems into clear directions and presentations
Ability to facilitate and operate with confidence in front of an executive leadership team
Exceptional organization and planning abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
An active listener with excellent and confident communications and interpersonal skills with an ability to read complex customer situations and adapt as needed.
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
