What you will do:
The Program Manager will manage and lead commercial or product development program management for multiple programs. They will lead cross functional project teams and be responsible for profitable and timely execution according to budget and processes.
How you will do it:
Leading Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) through Power D3 / ITP to launch program
Demonstrating proficiency in the use of program management related processes (e.g. ITP/PowerD3) as applicable
Understanding customer needs, requirements and specifications and leading teams to insure prompt response to customer inquiries
Early identification of project risk and Initiation of mitigation plans
Precise, effective and clear communication to all levels of organization
Leading within a project (indirect leadership), enable and support others, personally engaged in coaching others for their development.
Planning & conduction of Program Reviews
Ensuring timeliness gate exits
Making decisions and achieving results that are consistent with company and team values.
What we look for:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
Minimum 4 years' work experience in Program Management in Automotive or equivalent
Proficient working experiences with the project management methods (e.g. Auditing, PMI standards, IATF standards, ...)
Proficient working experiences with PM related tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Applications, APQP, Quality Systems)
Proficient working knowledge of the production processes and areas, product designing and sales processes. Confident in dealing with the production and sales processes within his working environment
Preferred:
PMP Certification or equivalent in certification or experience preferred
Demonstrated Customer and Supplier relationship management
Working knowledge of costing/quoting process
Methodical knowledge in FMEA and SPC preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing process specific to their products
Knowledge of design and development process
