Your Role: Operations Leader – Fermentation

As the Operations Leader – Fermentation, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure alignment with business objectives and the safe production of high-quality products. In this role, you will lead your team to meet key performance targets while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead performance management by developing objectives, conducting reviews, and providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members.




• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies, monitoring PPE usage, and addressing safety concerns.




• Ensure compliance with regulations related to quality, environmental standards, and documentation practices.




• Promote team collaboration and foster an atmosphere of open communication, encouraging continuous improvement initiatives.




• Provide technical guidance and support for manufacturing and utility operations when necessary.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent




• Required Experience: Proven leadership experience in managing manufacturing or operational teams




• Top 2 skills: Ability to provide coaching and feedback, and strong interpersonal communication skills

• Experience with safety and environmental compliance




• Familiarity with production requirements, cost control, and GMPs

• This position requires a candidate to be willing to complete a leadership selection process or have proven leadership skills and experience.




• Flexibility and willingness to work 8-hour or 12-hour shifts
