We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce System Administrator to join our dynamic team supporting the Salesforce platform. In this collaborative, fast-paced role, you will work closely with a diverse team, including the Junior Admin, Salesforce Developers, and other Information Services and business department staff. You will be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless implementation of critical projects on the Salesforce CRM platform.
As the Salesforce System Administrator, you will focus on gathering requirements, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the smooth deployment of Salesforce solutions across the organization. You will play a key role in managing the Salesforce platform and collaborating with various departments to ensure their business needs are met effectively. This position demands a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Salesforce Senior Manager, Junior Admin, Salesforce Developers, and cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce projects.
Gather requirements from business departments and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Manage and optimize Salesforce workflows, processes, and configurations.
Support the deployment cycle by ensuring efficient system performance and effective user adoption.
Assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and customization of the Salesforce platform.
Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions meet organizational needs.
Monitor and report on system performance and suggest improvements for optimal platform functionality.
Participate in data management tasks including data migration, validation, and backup.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce functionalities.
Ensure the security and integrity of Salesforce data by managing permissions, roles, and profiles.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator or in a similar role with hands-on Salesforce platform administration with at least 3 years of experience within the platform
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and process automation.
Experience with gathering business requirements and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
Proficient in Salesforce administration, including user management, data management, reports, and dashboards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and business departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salesforce Administrator Certifications BONUS
Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic interface.
Familiarity with tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, and data import tools.
Experience with integrations and third-party applications within the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation is based on experience with a range from $85,000-105,000
