Design & Leadership Responsibilities

As a Principal Product Designer, you will:
  • Lead Vision & Strategy: Define project vision, align teams with future goals, and contribute to design strategy and client success.
  • Drive End-to-End Design: Work across discovery and delivery phases, pushing the boundaries of our product and service portfolio.
  • Foster Creative Problem-Solving: Provide tools and guidance to tackle complex challenges and craft breakthrough experiences.
  • Champion User-Centered Design: Plan and execute research initiatives that empathize with users while balancing business objectives.
  • Elevate Craft & Execution: Apply expertise to refine processes, explore creative ideation, and deliver high-quality design solutions with strong brand expression and visual finesse.
  • Manage Projects: Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Cultivate Community: Lead design initiatives, nurture internal design communities, and represent the team externally when appropriate.
  • Pursue Growth Opportunities: Identify, lead, and convert new business opportunities confidently.
  • Excel in Communication: Deliver compelling narratives through excellent storytelling and presentation skills to guide teams and clients effectively.
  • Act as a Leader: Represent the design community as a trusted voice in decision-making and deputize for the Executive Design Director when needed.
  • Stay Innovative: Keep up-to-date on emerging design tools and technologies, with a bonus interest in gaming or play.
