We are currently seeking a skilled customer service professional for a luxury jewelry retailer in Manhattan. The position we are hiring for is a Luxury Retail Host to greet and engage with high-end clientele in store.
Qualifications:
Must have prior Luxury/High-end customer service/concierge or retail experience
Must have a minimum of 3-4 days availability including both Saturday and Sunday. Shifts will run from 9am - 7pm. Full time hours are available depending on your availability.
COVID - 19 Vaccination is required
Well spoken, good listening skills and professional demeanor.
Must be comfortable communicating with VIP clients of high net worth.
Self-motivated. A team player with a keen sense of attentiveness to guests
Ability to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time throughout your work day.

Must be over 18 years of age to serve alcohol.
Must have prior Luxury/High-end/Fine Dining customer service or retail experience
Must have 2+ year experience working behind a bar/creating serving Cocktails to guests
Must have a minimum of 3-4 days availability including both Saturday and Sunday. Shifts will run between 9am - 7pm
