Job Responsibilities:



  • Manage day-to-day operations of new construction install projects.

  • Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executed.

  • Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost effective manner.

  • Ensure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customer.

  • Review monthly financial/operational reports and work with all necessary stakeholders to develop action plans to improve.

  • Work closely with install and sales team to ensure we are meeting customer requirements. 

  • Handle a large number of documents/specs/schedules for the projects being managed in an organized fashion and keep each job up to date with current standings.

  • Maintain proficiency with all construction processes including RFIs and change orders.

  • Review job specs and door schedules, respond to customers in a timely manner.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred.

  • 1 year of experience in project management, sales, estimation, general contractors, or a related role

  • Responsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectations

  • Proven track record of delivering successful construction projects.

  • Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems

  • Have excellent organizational skills and show attention to detail

  • Must possess a Valid Driver’s License

  • May require traveling to jobsites within territory for job inspections and material deliveries

The starting salary for this position is $75,000+ based on relevant experience and qualifications.
