About the Role:
The Sr. Communication Analyst will apply broad thinking to the communication needs of the organization and will develop and carry out communication plans supporting multiple efforts, including process changes, technology changes, and organizational changes.
You Will:
Lead the communication of technical solutions to solve business problems and to increase business process efficiency.
Produce effective written recommendations, proposals and other documents to communicate analysis and solutions.
Collaborate with Product Management team, prepare and deliver meaningful management information in connection both with ongoing business operations and changes.
Make presentations to management, coordinate small projects under direct supervision and contribute to task forces or project teams.
Communicate complex problems; take a new perspective to ensure the product audience is informed and engaged.
Work independently, receives minimal guidance.
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Observe or interview department staff members to understand information and process support needs; seeks out, studies, and incorporates existing requirements, relevant policies, procedures, standards, and guidance relevant to the assignment to ensure effective communications are developed.
Analyze information gathered and plan, write and deliver assessments, proposals, training, and general communications to internal audiences at all levels in the department. May review results prepared by junior analysts.
Design, draft, and produce a variety of communication and creative materials, including internal announcements, executive talking points, presentations, and internal news articles.
Help improve and bring formality, consistency to communication processes.
Develop and execute communication and marketing plans and activities across multiple efforts and programs.
Work closely with leadership, including senior leaders, and will collaborate outside the division working with other communication/OCM/Marketing teams.
Create a body of persuasive product communication materials and templates.
Build and maintain relationships with staff and leaders across the division, and across the Bank.
Maintain the product portal and help site.
You Have:
8 years of experience providing technology related services within a medium or large company or consulting organization.
Requires in-depth knowledge of systems requirements and IT processes and technologies.
Knowledge of Agile Product Management.
Requires in-depth knowledge in communications best practices
Understanding of FRS Information Security requirements.
Understanding of training, change management and product adoption.
Working knowledge of project management.
Demonstrates an understanding of the business processes.
Demonstrates excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Demonstrates high level of integrity, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong sense of confidence to deliver on responsibilities.
Excellent listening and executive communication skills.
Must have a collaborative working style and work effectively as part of a team.

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
