Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)



Pay: $17.00/hour



Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.


• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources.


• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.


• Coordinate patient care activities, including referrals, follow-ups, and communication with healthcare providers.


• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.


• Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.


• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in healthcare administration or related field preferred.


• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is a plus.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other office software.
