Job Description:


As an Experience Design Specialist, you will:

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to identify business needs and translate them into engaging, user-friendly design solutions.


• Lead design workshops to foster alignment and collaboration across partner teams.


• Adapt to a rapidly changing environment, proactively recommending design solutions based on thorough research and analysis.


• Create wireframes and mock-ups, ranging from minimal to detailed, realistic, and interactive prototypes.


• Utilize design tools (e.g., Adobe Products, Sketch, Figma) to deliver concepts and facilitate successful collaboration across teams, framing problems, deriving insights, and defining visual designs to meet customer needs.


• Contribute to the team's internal design framework, best practices, and guidelines by designing within existing standards and creating new ones.


• Collaborate with partners and teams across various geographies.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design, demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.


• Prior design experience at a major bank is essential.
