The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused environment.Primary Responsibilities:- Provide instruction for pickleball clinics and lessons to individuals and groups of all levels, including ladies teams and juniors.- Organize and promote racquet sports clinics, special events, and programs to engage and retain members.- Supervise racquet sports play, enforce club rules, and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.- Represent the club in state or national events when possible.- Assist with court maintenance and stringing as needed.- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent.- USTA NetGeneration Certification required.- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching pickleball.- Ability to communicate effectively in English.- U.S.T.A.
