LHH is on the lookout for a seasoned and enthusiastic Restaurant General Manager to spearhead our client's team in Pickerington, OH. This position offers a unique chance to manage a restaurant, lead a team of up to 50 employees, and gain equity in the location. Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and oversee a team of up to 50 employees, including assistant managers and leads, to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Oversee budgets, financial reports, and inventory to ensure profitability and effective cost control.
Maintain a strong focus on customer service, promptly addressing any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and engage with the local community to promote the restaurant.
Implement and maintain procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of managerial experience in a casual dining environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
