Loan Mountain Capital is the fastest growing private lending fund in the Southeastern United States. We provide short-term real estate financing to real estate investors, fix and flippers, and new home builders. Our company was formed with our affiliate fund and owner, Loan Ranger Capital, to build the largest private lender in the Southeast. Loan Ranger Capital is the largest private real estate lender in Texas with ~$400M under management, and we are replicating their business model across the Southeastern United States.

Role Description

This is an in-person, part-time role for an Office Manager in Charlotte, NC that has potential to grow into a full-time opportunity. This position requires presence in the office 2-3 days weekly for part of the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks: handle mail, process checks, organize travel, and support business operations
  • Provide support to company leaders, ensuring efficiency and organization in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
