Job Summary:
The Maintenance Mechanic will assist in repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment critical to our operations. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment and apply preventative techniques to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose and repair machinery, utility systems, and building structures.
• Identify and procure necessary tools, parts, and stock to ensure operational efficiency.
• Utilize tools, power equipment, and precision instruments to repair and maintain machinery in line with diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Complete required documentation fully and accurately.
• Maintain work areas in alignment with 5S standards (cleanliness and organization).
• Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

• 2-4 years of maintenance experience, including operating powered industrial equipment.
• Solid working knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and fluid dynamics.
• Powered industrial equipment certification is preferred.
• Ability to work under general supervision and handle moderately complex issues.

Competencies/Skills:

• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to lift/move heavy objects.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
